Welcome to the campsite
The reception team welcomes you every day with a smile from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm, to answer all your questions: tourist information, ticket office, tips and recommendations… In July and August we are at your disposal from 9am to 8pm without interruption.
Need wifi, bed linen, a baby kit ? Pop to reception and ask us !
You can also book your spa session, a mini-golf round, a family Escape Game or even hire bicycles.
In summer, the reception is supported by our team of night wardens who ensure that silence is respected on the campsite from midnight.
Whether on a camping pitch, in a mobile home or chalet, we offer at reception various hire options to enhance your stay:
- Pack Travel Flower (bed linen, towels and tea towels) 38 € for a couple then 19 € per additional person, also available on the Flower app
- Pack Services + (bed linen, bath towels, one private spa session, Unlimited Wifi)
=> 99 € for 4 people and 149 € for 6 people
- Bed linen hire 16 € for a double bed and 14 € for a single bed.
- Baby cot hire 4 €/day and baby high chair 3 €/day.
- Plancha hire 8 €/day and 40 € per week (deposit of 150 €).

Fancy some croissants for breakfast? Need fresh bread, butter or sun cream during your stay in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez?
The convenience store Le Comptoir, open throughout the season at Flower Camping Au Bois des Biches, offers everyday essentials as well as a few regional specialities. Open from 8am, it allows you to pick up freshly baked bread and pastries and serves you until 8pm in July and August.
Caroline and Frédéric welcome you with their team. You will find all the holiday essentials as well as a souvenir corner offering creations inspired by the enchanting world of Camping Au Bois des Biches and its Vendée legends.

At the campsite you will find a laundry room open 7 days a week, equipped with 5 washing machines and 3 tumble dryers, to allow you to wash and dry your laundry easily during your stay.
The rate is €6.50 for washing (Ecolabel and hypoallergenic detergent included) and €4 for drying. Payment is made using 50p, €1 and €2 coins or by bank card directly at the laundry facilities.
We also provide a free iron and ironing board at reception (with a €50 deposit).
The comfort of wifi

Au Bois des Biches campsite offers wifi throughout the campsite from €23 per week for 2 devices. Other packages are also available for short stays or longer holidays:
- One-off connection 60 min at €5.
- Weekend package 2 days at €13.
- Short stay package at €19.
- 1-week package at €23.
- 2-week package at €33.
- 1-month package at €42.
You can purchase your Wifi code at reception or online 24/7 by connecting directly to the Les Biches Wifi network. We also offer you 30 minutes at the bar terrace every day. Unlimited Wifi included in our Premium and Premium+ self-catering accommodation.
The campsite is also served by 4G from Orange, which has a mast in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez. Other network providers do not have a mast nearby, so access and communications cannot be guaranteed.
Bicycle hire in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez
During your stay at the Au Bois des Biches campsite in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, you will be able to hire bicycles (adult and children’s) as well as trailers or bicycles with a baby seat for the little ones.
Head out on the safe cycle paths from the campsite to the beaches (5 km) or to visit the tourist attractions in the surrounding area.
There are more than 25 cycling routes nearby for the whole family !
Adult and children’s bicycle hire available at reception from £11 per half-day or £49 per week.
Your four-legged companion is welcome
Good news, at your family campsite in Vendée, there is no need to temporarily part with your faithful companion! Your dog is welcomed with warmth, so that every member of the family can fully enjoy their holiday.
Our four-legged friends (excluding categories 1 and 2) can stay, at your choice, in the mobile homes or on the campsite pitches. The perfect opportunity to share walks, games and special moments in the heart of the Vendée pine forest.
