There is something for everyone across the 4 pools, with depths ranging from 70 cm to 1.60 m. Early in the morning, when the sea is still cold, you’ll love heading to our indoor pool, heated to 28°C, which is open from the moment the campsite opens. Indoors or out, swim a few lengths or stretch out on our sun loungers for a gentle start to the day.
The pools are open from 09:00 to 19:00 (20:00 in July and August) and are heated from the moment the campsite opens. Don’t wait any longer to book a mobile home at our campsite, close to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. We welcome you and your family, and even your pets, for your holiday.

Set among the Vendée pines, our water park is a lovely place to spend time with your children. With several pools, including a covered, heated indoor pool, water slides and a paddling pool, La Source has something for everyone in the family during your holiday.
Whether you come for a few hours or for the whole day, you can enjoy the water park in complete safety thanks to our lifeguards, who supervise both the outdoor and indoor pools in July and August. The youngest children will love La Source, a fun water play area designed for their first splashes and adventures.
Need a moment to yourself to enjoy the main pool? Our kids’ club welcomes your little ones in the morning or the afternoon, leaving you time to swim a few lengths of breaststroke or front crawl.

Whether it’s lunchtime or you fancy a tasty break, head to La Baie, the eatery at the water park of Flower Camping Au Bois des Biches in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez. Without leaving the pools, enjoy a relaxed bite to eat with pizzas, burgers, paninis, chips or sandwiches. In the afternoon, treat yourself to something sweet with pancakes, waffles and ice cream, to enjoy with a cold drink or a cocktail in the lively atmosphere of the water park.
La Source, the children’s water park in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez
In the heart of the water park at Flower Camping Au Bois des Biches in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, La Source is a playful water area designed for the youngest guests. Shallow pools, water games and small slides invite children to discover the joys of swimming in a space made just for them.
While the children play, parents can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the heated water area, with time to unwind and moments to share in the heart of the Vendée pine forest.
Water activities and aquatonic

After all that excitement, some time to relax is in order. Throughout the week, a programme of activities is on offer: aquatonic in the morning for a little exercise, water polo with friends, water games and much more. You can drop your children off at the kids’ club so they can have fun while you take a moment for yourself.
Head to our snack bar and restaurant area, La Baie, next to the pool and open all season, for a refreshing break or a little something to eat after all that activity. And end your day by working on your tan on a sun lounger by the pool.
In a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, you’ll enjoy a lovely family stay at Au Bois des Biches campsite, with all our services to hand. Our spa in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez offers even more moments of wellbeing with its jacuzzi, sauna and hammam.
Swimming lessons
Alongside the kids’ club, our youngest guests can enjoy swimming lessons just for them. In our pool, they can learn to swim with our lifeguard instructor. Before long, they’ll be showing you their first achievements and swimming with you in our pools or at a beach in Vendée.
Swimming lessons are for children aged 6 or 7 and over, and are available for an additional charge. For more information, please speak directly to the swimming instructor.
At our campsite with water park in Vendée, older children will love the spiral water slide and the three fast slides that share the same splash pool. What could be better than enjoying these fun games with family or friends and discovering the thrill of water slides?
The water slides, open from 10:30 to 19:00, promise plenty of laughter and fun, whether you’re with family or friends. In the swimming pool area, wristbands must be worn in July and August, and shorts are not allowed.
Make the most of our indoor swimming pool to swim lengths in peace, in the heart of a pine forest. Switch off from everyday life in a swimming pool heated to 28° from April onwards, where you can enjoy a dip in warm water as soon as you step out of your accommodation in the early morning.
If you’d like to treat yourself to a relaxing day at our campsite in Vendée, our indoor swimming pool is open from 9:00 to 19:00 (20:00 in July and August). Booking one of the campsites with a swimming pool in Vendée is the ideal choice for your holiday. After a day exploring nearby towns such as Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Noirmoutier, Les Sables d’Olonne or even Puy du Fou, you’ll be glad to get back to your accommodation and dive into the pool when you return to our campsite in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez.
You can even venture as far as Loire-Atlantique, as Nantes is only an hour from our campsite. It’s a chance to discover this lovely city and stroll along the banks of the Loire. Start the day with a morning workout or head to the Saint-Hilaire market before setting off to explore the Vendée. Surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, the campsite has plenty of paths where you can walk with your pets, and perhaps even continue on to the beach. After the bustle of the ocean, you’ll enjoy the peaceful side of our swimming pool in the Vendée.
