Planning your booking
How do I check availability and prices online?
To check availability, enter your dates, the number of guests (adults, children and babies) and the type of accommodation you would like. Results appear in real time. A little tip if your dates are flexible: try Sunday and Wednesday arrivals too, to widen your choice.
What does the price of my stay include?
The price depends on the time of year, the length of your stay, the accommodation range and the number of guests. Before you pay, you will always see a full breakdown and the options available, such as bed linen, cleaning, pets, a baby kit and more.
What is the difference between Standard, Confort and Premium accommodation?
Standard covers the essentials for a simple stay. Confort adds practical features such as a TV, a covered terrace and a plancha. Premium offers a higher level of comfort, with extras such as a dishwasher and air conditioning. The easiest way to choose is to use the equipment filters to find exactly what matters to you.
What are the conditions for the deposit, balance payment, changes and cancellations?
A deposit is required when you book. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival. Changes are free of charge if requested more than 30 days before your stay. Cancellations are possible through the cancellation insurance offered at the time of booking.
Do you accept Chèques-Vacances?
We accept Chèques-Vacances (French holiday vouchers) as payment for your stay, and for all leisure activities on the campsite, including bike hire, Roselune hire and more.
Are pets allowed at the campsite?
Pets are welcome on the campsite. They must be kept on a lead and must not be left alone in an accommodation or on a pitch. In July and August, pets are accepted on request: please tell reception in advance when you book your stay. All pets must be tattooed and vaccinated, and you must bring an up-to-date health record. Finally, category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed.
Are unaccompanied minors allowed?
For safety reasons, we do not accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents or grandparents for the whole of their stay.
Does my baby count as a guest?
Yes, your baby counts as a guest. For safety and insurance reasons, the number of occupants cannot exceed the capacity of the accommodation or pitch you have booked, newborns included.
Are there any promotions or special offers?
Yes. Depending on the time of year and availability (early booking, couple or family offers, last-minute deals), any offer you are eligible for is applied automatically to your basket.
Is the campsite VACAF approved?
The campsite is VACAF approved, so if you receive CAF benefits, you may be able to get help from the CAF towards the cost of your stay. From early February, to claim your VACAF contribution, please email us at info@camping-les-biches.com with the following information:
- Your dates of stay and the list of guests (surname, first name, date of birth).
- Your postal address and postcode.
- Your telephone number.
- Your CAF beneficiary number.
- Your vehicle’s registration number.
If you are renting, please tell us how many bedrooms you need, whether you would like accommodation with a TV, and any other details that will help us suggest the rental that best suits your needs. To help you choose, take a look at our website: https://biches.geek-tonic.dev/location-hebergement-vendee/
Once we have received your request, we will reply as soon as we can, depending on availability. When your booking option has been confirmed, we take care of everything for you: setting up your file with VACAF, calculating your contribution, and so on.
