When you’re planning a holiday, we know that the unexpected can happen. So that you can book your stay with complete peace of mind, we offer Campez Couvert insurance, a comprehensive solution for unforeseen events that could put your holiday at risk.
Why choose Campez Couvert?
- Cancellation before your stay
Illness, accident or an unexpected event? With Campez Couvert, you are reimbursed for the costs you have paid if you cancel for a valid reason covered by the insurance. - Interrupted stay
Does an emergency mean you have to leave the campsite earlier than planned? Campez Couvert covers the unused part of your stay, helping to ease the financial worry. - Replacement vehicle
If your vehicle breaks down, is damaged in an accident or is stolen during your stay, we cover the cost of hiring a replacement vehicle. - Extended cover
This insurance isn’t limited to your booking. You are also covered in specific situations, such as being unable to reach the campsite because of a blocked road or exceptional weather conditions. - Refusal, withdrawal or change of your paid holiday dates, or those of your spouse or partner, imposed by
your employer for a legitimate reason or in exceptional circumstances. - Separation of a married couple, civil partners (pacs) or long-term cohabiting partners, provided the separation took place after the stay was booked and you can provide an official document.
- Serious accident, serious illness or death of your dog or cat that normally lives with you. To be covered, the
accident or illness must require veterinary treatment and prevent the animal from being moved outside the home.
How do I take out the insurance?
It couldn’t be simpler: when you book your stay on our website or by phone, add Campez Couvert to your basket.
